We would like to provide the following continents: <br />1. Should GOB vent boreholes be needed over mine workings where the overlying <br />surface is administered by the Forest Service, asite-specitic NEPA analysis would be <br />needed. <br />2. There is minimal infonnation regazding the "light road use". Should vent boreholes <br />be needed on land administered by the Forest Service, a road use authorization would be <br />needed. <br />3. Cultural resource, and threatened and endangered species clearances would be needed <br />for each vent borehole location. <br />4. Drill pad size may need [o be made smaller if sensitive surface resources are present at <br />a particulaz location. The Forest Service would require as minimal disturbance as <br />possible. <br />5. Surface completions of the boreholes would need to account for other land uses. <br />6. Surface occupancy, including the drilling, would have to comply with the stipulations <br />attached to the applicable Federal coal lease. <br />Thank you for the opportunity [o comment.
