PROPOSED PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statues, the Office of Mined <br />Land Reclamation hereby issues notice that an application to renew the New Horizon Mine Permit <br />No. C-81-008 for alive-year term, submitted by Western Fuels-Colorado, A limited Liability <br />Company, 1100 West 116'h Ave, Westminister, C) 80234, was deemed complete for the purposes <br />of filing. All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The permit area contains some 925.70 acres of private lands. These areas are situated as follows: <br />Portions of: SW 1/4, Section 25, Township 47 North, Range 16 West <br />SW 1/4, Section 31, Township 47 North, Range 15 West <br />S 1/2, Section 36, Township 47 North, Range 16 West <br />N 1/2, Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West <br />N 1/2, SE 1/4 Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West <br />N 1/2, NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 6, Township 46 North, Range 15 West <br />N 1/2, Section 1, Township 46 North, Range 16 West <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Nucla Quadrangle map. A <br />copy of the permit renewal application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County <br />Courthouse Annex, Nucla, Colorado. Written comments, objections or requests for an informal <br />conference on the permit renewal application may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained frm, the Office of Mined Land Reclamation, 1313 Sherman street, Room 215, Denver, <br />Colorado, 80203.
