• Area 19b (Sta. 153 to 180) covers 35 acres, of which 3 acres are made up of
road surface which will be stabilized by dust suppressants as necessary
during the 1982 - 1984 period. The remaining 35 acres consists mainly of
the excess fill existing below the roadway at the base of Davis Gulch
Falls. This area will be regraded to remove angle of repose slopes to the
extent possible. It is Exxon's intent to regrade this area as flat as
practicable within the framework of the site needs for potential future
development. The final configuration of this slope will depend on the
results of currently-in-progress engineering studies. It will be necessary
to install an armored channel on this fill and perform some channel work at
the base of this fill. The hydrologic issues at this site are discussed in
more detail in Appendix G.`/
• Area 19c (Plant Access Road) consists of 26 acres, of which 22 acres are
rock cliffs which are considered finished. The remaining 4 acres are made
up of road surface which will be stabilized using dust suppressants as
necessary during the 1982 - 1984 period.
Area 19d (Sta. 280 to 355) consists of 30 acres, of which 11 acres are rock
cliffs that are considered finished. Ten acres will be regraded and top-
soil respread where appropriate and permanently revegetated in Fall 1982.
The remaining 9 acres make up the Plant Access Road surface that will be
stabilized using dust suppressants as necessary during the 1982 - 1984
period.
• MAS:dp
