Rule 6.4.6 does not require the
redundancy of showing those outside perimeters on the Exhibit F
"Reclamation Map."
2) The mistakes in the contour labels have been corrected on all exhibits.
MINING PLAN
3) A portable 10-inch PVC irrigation pipe system conducts wash water from the
wash plant to the sediment ponds. This feature has been added to the Mining
Map, Exhibit C, Page l lr. Pond cleaning is not practiced at this site. The
sediment ponds shall be finish graded and re-vegetated when filled. The
accumulated silty-clay soils have been shown to be adequate as a growth
medium.
RECLAMATION PLAN
4) No grazing shall be employed in any unit until released from the permit.
