Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology renewed Mining Permit No. C-1992-080 for the Carbon <br />Junction Mine on July 31, 2003, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979.
