The Mined Land Reclamation Division ("Division" shall have
10 minutes in which to present an introduction of the nature of
the proposed operation and to make its recommendation to the
Board. Each party shall be permitted an opportunity o cross-ex-
amine the Division at the conclusion of the introduction.
2. Operator presentation.
The operator shall have 20 minutes to make its resentation
on the application. The Division and CCA shall be pe mitted an
opportunity to cross-examine the operator at the conc usion of
