Enclosed is a <br />check for $118.00. <br />The technical revision was developed for the purpose of reducing the bond amount <br />for the mining operation.. The original application was divided into three cells with <br />reclamation occurring following mining: The revision has been divided into two <br />Phases with reclamation occumng concurrently. The original final reclamation plan <br />specified for on large lined pond. The revised plan specifies two smaller lined ponds, <br />necessary to allow phasing and to be able to completely reclaim one phase before <br />moving.on to the next. Overall. the final reclamation has remained consistent with the <br />original plan of lined pond(s). We have therefore, revised Exhibit D -Mine Plan, <br />Figure 1 - Exhibit D -Mine Plan, Exhibit E- Reclamation Plan, Exhibit F - <br />Reclamation Plan, and Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs.
