Permit C-81-013 <br />was issued by the Division an 7uly 26, 2000. <br />The Golden Eagle Mine is located in Sections 20. 2l, 23 & 29, T335, R67W. A total of 59 acres of <br />surface disturbance from muting is covered by a Coal Reclamation Bond in the amount of 5477,085. The <br />permittee is applying for and Division guidelines allow for the release of up to 85°/p of the total bond <br />amount in a Phase [I Bond release. <br />The Golden Eagle hGne ceased production on December 3 L 1995. Phase I bond release (removal of <br />swetures and final grading) was approved on ivfarch l3, f 998.
