Vermijo, Colorado Springs, CO 80903; <br />(719) 520-6460, filed an application to convert Permit No. M-80-193, the Sokol <br />Pit, from a 110(2) Limited Impact Permit to a 112 Regular Permit. The site is <br />located at or near Section 22, Township 175, Range 62W, 6th Prime Meridian, in <br />El Paso County. The application decision is scheduled for October 30, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the E1 Paso County Clerk <br />& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
