Phase 2: The Special Warranty Deed shows Mineral Reserves, Inc. as the currerrt property owner, you <br />must submit a Lease Agreement between Mineral Reserves, Inc. and Lafarge West, Inc. allowing Lafarge <br />West, Inc _the ri~ to enter and initiate a minim operation in Phase 2. <br />2 J Phase 5: "Gravel Property Lease with Right of First Refusal" shows Mineral Reserves, Inc. has the Lease <br />with the Chiktmta Family, L.L.C. You will need to submit a notarized statement or sub-lease between <br />Mineral Reserves, Inc. and Lafarge West, hrc. granting Lafarge West, Inc. the legal right to ewer and initiate <br />a mining operation on the affected land. <br />3 J Phase 7: The Warranty Deed shows Mineral Reserves, Inc. as the current property owner, you must submit <br />a Lease Agreement between Mineral Reserves, Inc. and Lafarge West, Inc. allowing Lafarge West, krc. the <br />right to enter and initiate a mining operation in Phase 7. <br />4J Phase 7 and 8: The Special Warranty Deed shows Mineral Reserves, Inc. as the current property owner, <br />you must submit a Lease Agreement between Mineral Reserves, Inc. and Lafarge West, Inc. allowing <br />Lafarge West, Inc. the right to enter and initiate a mining operntion in Phase 7 and 8. <br />SJ Phase 10: The "Option to Lease Gravel Property and Right of First Refusal" for Phase 10 is between <br />Margazet V. Morton, Robert J. Stevens and Larry L. Stevens and Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. You must <br />demonstrate that Lafarge West, Inc. has the legal right to enter Phase 10.
