1 <br />S.0 SCHEDULE <br />Figure 11 identifies a proposed schedule for implementing and completing components of this <br />characterization and response plan. As identified in Figure 11, specific milestones are <br />' presented for completion of final reports signifying the completion of each specific task or <br />evaluation. <br />' 9.0 LONG-TERM IMPLEMENTATION <br />' BMRI will provide monthly updates to the Division on the interim measures and progress of <br />the field characterizations, hydrological evaluations and development of the long-term response <br />' strategy proceed. These montlily reports will be submitted by the 15'" of the following month <br />beginning once the response plan has been approved. In addition, once the hydrological <br />' characterization is completed, BMRI will provide the Division with a copy of this report by <br />John C. Halepaska and Associates. Upon completion of all of the studies, BMRI will <br />' complete a final response plan report detailing a specific long-term response action for the <br />water in the backfilled West Pit.
