<br />~- <br />MINUTES <br />~ DRAFT <br />Subject To Board Approval <br />MINED LAND RECLAMRTION BOARD <br />April 22-23, 1992 <br />This Meeting was called to order on Wednesday, April 22, 1992, at 9:10 a.m. <br />and adjourned at 4:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 1992. The following Board <br />Members were present as indicated by the vote: Catherine Kraeger-Rovey, <br />Chairman; Jim Cooley, Vice-Chairman; Luke Danielson, Chris Jouflas, Maxine <br />Stewart, Joe Danni and Ron Cattany. <br />WEDNESDAY, Rpri 1 22, 1992 <br />1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was MOVED that the Minutes from the March <br />approved as submitted. SECONDED AND PASSED for <br />Jouflas and Stewart); 1 abstention (Danni); Cattany <br />vote. <br />2. DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />The following issues wer~scussed: <br />2 Board Meeting be <br />(Coo ey, Danielson, <br />not Fresent for the <br />a> Legislation~a bill being discussed at this time Nould allow 157 <br />of any~j-n Brest earned on cash funds to be assigned to the <br />Treasyy~rer's Office to cover administration An update will be <br />p~o~ided at the May 1992 Board Meeting, regarding funding/budget <br />/for the Minerals Program. <br />HB 1137 -- has been indefinitely postponed in Appropriations and <br />will not be heard this year. <br />
