Long <br />Drvieion Director <br />The Division has reviewed your adequacy response dated <br />November 19, 1993 and has the following questions or comments. <br />1. The cover letter of your response package states that a map <br />of the Burlington Northern Loadout area was included. <br />However, the Division did not receive this map. Please re- <br />submit a map of the Burlington Northern Loadout area showing <br />how EFMC intends to treat runoff. <br />2. The Division requires a description of the silt fence and <br />installation procedure. <br />3. The Division requires a statement from a PE stating that <br />EFMC's proposed plan for sediment control, utilizing a silt <br />fence, will satisfy sediment control requirements. <br />4.
