I reviewed the Division's calculations preformed in <br />June of 1989, as well as reading the operations plan of the <br />Eastside permit. The initial estimate done in June of 1989 came to <br />a total of $40,000. This estimate does not include the proposed <br />operation plan of a waste disposal area, and a new office facility <br />area. The estimate preformed at that time also left out several <br />structures such a powerlines, culverts, and minor facilities that <br />are on site. The bond estimate that I calculated came to $110,642. <br />This figure represents the reclamation for the existing area as <br />well as proposed structures, facilities and dirt moving. I have <br />broken down the following tasks as to what is out there and what is <br />proposed under the mine permit.
