`r <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Colorado <br />Division of Minerals & Geology hereby issues notice that an application for a technical revision <br />to the Deserado Mine Permit No. C-81-018 submitted by Western Fuels-Utah, 405 Urban Street, <br />Suite 305, Lakewood, CO 80228, was deemed complete for the purpose of filing. All reviews and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />day of filing. <br />The revision pertains to temporarily storing approximately 15,000 tons of refuse on the haul road <br />storage area between the refuse piles RP-1 and RP-2J3. <br />The Deserado Mine Permit area lies within USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map entitled "Rangely <br />NE". These areas are situated in T2N, R101 W and T3N, R101 W, 6th P.M. in Rio Blanco County <br />about 10 miles east of the Town of Rangely. A copy of the permit renewal application is available <br />for public inspection at the Town Clerk's office, Town Hall in Rangely. Written comments or <br />objections to the application must be submitted to Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567 within ten (10) days <br />of the date of publication. <br />
