8/16/91 MLRD notifies NCIG that a technical revision is required
in order to renew the mine permit.
9/4/91 TR-09 application received by MLRD.
9/9/91 MLRD deems application complete.
9/20/91 Greg McKennis letter to MLRD indicates revision
application is not on file at Garfield County
courthouse.
9\26-11/4/91 MLRD and NCIG correspond on the need to republish
and refile the application.
10/17/91 MLRD and McKennis discuss filing procedures and content
of TR-09; McKennis indicates he is not interested in
reviewing the contents of the application with Division
personnel.
