Kirtland
Vice President
Corn Construction Co.
' P.O. Box 1240
Grand Junction, Colorado 81502
Dear Dennis,
This is to confirm our telephone convesation concerning the
reclamation of the area you are using for stockpiling and
' processing gravel adjacent to the Latham Pit. The ground is being
used by the ranch to store hay, equipment and other supplies in
addition to the stockpiled gravel belonging to Corn Construction
Co.
' It is our intention to continue to use the property for storage
when the pit operations are complete. Therefore when the mining
operations are complete we want you to leave this portion of the
property in a neat workman like conditon. All stockpiles are to be
removed and the area graded smooth. We would appreciate it if you
' would leave as much of the area as possible with a gravel surface.
We do not want you to place any topsoil or seed any portion of this
ground.
I hope this clarifies our position and if you have any questions
please call me.
' Sinc rely,
~~yy7 ` J~~ "a-~`-
Tom Latham
Latham Ranches
1

1
