` Technical Revision No. 80 Page <br />ll <br />Angus[ 19, 1998 <br />elsewhere within the Bear No. 3 Mine. <br />As discussed above, very little monitoring has apparently been completed by Bear, resulting in <br />minimal or no data to substantiate their 1995 and 1996 AHR claims, nor their comments on <br />MCC's PHC analyses. MCC, on the other hand, retained the services of renowned experts in the <br />fields of hydrology, geology, hydro-geochemistry and hydrologic engineering, and have <br />completed substantial research, analyses, and studies to present as complete and accurate PHC <br />for the West Elk Mine as all available data, current science, and engineering allow. <br />MCC looks forward to the resolution of these remaining issues.
