There is a large <br /> variation in seasonal temperature. The winters are relatively short and <br />' have extreme variations in temperature. The summers are relatively long <br /> and have hot days and cool nights. The mean minimum January temperature is <br /> about: 14 degrees F. and the mean maximum January temperature is about 47 <br />' degrees F. In July, the mean minimum temperature is about 62 degrees P and <br /> the mean maximum temperature is about 96 degrees P.
