As addressed at the April 1994 hearing <br />1 <br />' of the MLRB, to help avoid possible future confusion, the industrial area <br />would be included in [he boundary but the industrial uses will continue <br />' following reclamation of the gravel pits (refer to Exhibit E). <br />Residual concrete from mixer trucks is cleaned out and used as <br />' back.fill in the pond(s). The material is diluted by the water used remove <br />' i[ and water in the pond and forms a lean mix. The material will be <br />covered as described in Exhibit E. <br />' Life of the Operation <br />Based on the current demand for product, the life of the mining <br />i ' operation is estimated to be approximately 10 to 15 years.
