We expect to have the adequacy responses compiled in- <br />house within a week and submitted to the Division by the end of the week of August 3rd. <br />1 apologize for the delayed responses and hope that we can work with you going foreward to <br />efficiently complete the permit renewal process and proceed with a mutually agreeable reclamation project. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allen S.
