Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Hazd Rock Paving &Redi-Mix, Inc., Buena Vista Pit, Permit No. M-77-196 <br />Please be advised that on June 22, 1999, Hard Rock Paving &Redi-Mix, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 839 MacKenzie, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 275555, filed an application to convert <br />M-77-196, Buena Vista Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular <br />Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 5, <br />Township 145, Range 78W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Chaffee County. The application decision is scheduled <br />for September 20, 1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Chaffee County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
