The revision addresses three
stipulations that were attached to TR-42, proposes an alignment change to the permanent
oil well access road, and proposes modifications to the approved postmine contours and
postmine permanent channel designs within the "A" and "B" Pit reclamation areas. The
cover letter to the revision also addresses our request that SCC consider construction of a
temporary diversion in the "D" pit area to protect a native channel segment from excessive
erosion.
COLORADO
DIVISION OF
MIN&RALS
GEOLOGY
RECLAMATION•MINING
SAFETY•SCIENCE
Bill Owens
Governor
Greg E.
