<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Seneca Coal Company, 36600 Routt County Road 27, P.O. Box 670,
<br />Hayden, Colorado 81639, has filed with the Colorado Division of
<br />Minerals and Geology, an application for renewal of the current
<br />Seneca II-W Mining Permit No. C-82-057 pursuant to the Colorado
<br />Surface Coal Mining Act 34-33-101 et. seq. and the Rules and
<br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. The
<br />permit renewal shall be for a term of five years (not exceeding
<br />the period of the original permit). No changes to the currently
<br />approved mining and reclamation plan are proposed.
