Our initial <br />all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined <br />C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus <br />peen deemed complete. ~(Tl review and comment time <br />this date. <br />The tentative date for consideration of your application by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board is September 20, 1989. You should commence publication of a <br />notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice <br />fornat.) You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of <br />surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent land. You must <br />provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt <br />Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered by the <br />Board. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less <br />confidential items, with the Logan County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent <br />changes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also be made in <br />this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
