iii iiiiiiiiniuiii~ <br />999 ~~ <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology hereby issues notice that on November 30, 1995, a minor revision application to a permit <br />to conduct coal mining operations at the King Coal Mine, Permit No. C-81-035 (MR-171, operated <br />by National King Coal, P.O. Box 2905, Durango, CO 81302, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses the addition of a stoker coal bin. All reviews and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this <br />date of filing. <br />Posted 11/30/95 <br />
