The revision was submitted by Seneca Coal Company. All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br />This technical revision addresses changes to the post mine topography and [o the post mine drainage channel designs <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 7 miles Southwest of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />T6N, R87 W, Portions of Sections 28, 29 and 32 <br />TSN, R87 W, All of Section 17; Portions of Sections 5, 8, 16, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30 <br />Mt. Hams & Dunckley <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map of Dunckley and Mount Harris <br />The applicant is required to publish notice in a local newspaper that this application has been deemed complete. At the time of <br />publication of this notice, the applicant is additionally required to place a copy of this application at the Hayden Public Library, <br />PO Box 1813, Hayden, CO 81639, and a[ the Division office. For additional information or to provide written comments, <br />contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. In <br />order for us to comply with regulatory time frames, we request that comments be submitted within fifteen (IS) days of this <br />letter.
