III IIIIIIIIIIIII III <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on August 15, 1994, a minor revision application <br />to a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Deserado Mine, Permit No. C-81-018 (MR-90), <br />by Western Fuels-Utah, Inc., 405 Urban Street, Suite 305, Lakewood, CO 80228, was deemed <br />complete for the purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses revising the table of contents and <br />the reclamation cost estimate section of the permit application. All reviews and comment periods <br />as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />Posted 8/16/94 <br />
