The surrounding properties' use is the same in the
area -- light industrial to gravel pits.
The distance of the proposed use to residential structures in each
direction.
Residential structures are approximately 200 feet away;
one to the south and one to the east. A11 remaining
residential dwellings are further than 1/4 mile away.
The maximum number of users,
Approximately 60 people.
The number of employees, number of shifts, and hours of operation.
60 employees work one shift and the hours of operation
are 5;30 a.m, - 6:30 p.m.
