(OMLLC') for
PR-04. The following are the yuestions that were previously unreso)ved The remainder of the
questions from the Division's original adequacy letter had been satisfactorily answezed in
previous responses. The numbering oC this memo follows the numbering of the Division'.
original adequacy review letter. There is a copy of [his memo at M:\cual\jjd\pr4me.mo4.
'. There appear !o be discrepnncies in the permit text as to whether Sanhor7r i'; e k and
Bear Creek nre ephemera! or intermittent streams. Some of tlrr. di.ccreprcrrr•ies• rrrrv have
or?gi~:uted through previous teclmicerl revisions. Orr page 2.04-_53 of dze PR-04 submittal,
Sunhrrn Creek and Benr Creek are listed ns being ephenrernl drainages. br Tczble 2.04-7-
7.5, on page 2.04-63 ol'the PR-04 submittal, Bear Creek is listed as nn intenni!tent
stream, but Sanborn Creek is listed as are ephemeral stream. However, drew sunre nro
drainages are described in several other permit locations as being intermittent strennrs.
The original permit text page 2.04-39n that was replaced throzrgf: '1R-35 stated tent body
drainages are intermittent. Both ch'ainages nre listed on page 2 of the 1949 AHR us being
intermittent. Please rectify these discrepnncies am•1 provide revised pages.
The Division has no further concerns. OMLLC revised permit text pages to show [hat
Bear Creek, Elk Creek and Sanborn Creek are ephemeral streams. OMI. supported their
contention wuh stream flow data.
9. Ire Table 2.04-7-TI, on page 2.04-40 of the PR-04 submrnal, the laborraorv parameters
list for surface water is incomplete. This incomplete parameter list apparently occurred
in mr earlier technical revision and was not caught in dre review process. Please provide
a revised table.
