III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />999 <br />EXHIBIT C <br />PRE-MINING AND MIMNG PLAN MAPS OF AFFECTED LANDS <br />This Exhibit contains the following information: <br />• all immediately adjoining surface owners of record aze shown on Drawings C-1 and <br />C-la and accompanying key; <br />• the name and location of creeks, roads, buildings, oil and gas wells and lines, and <br />power and communications lines within the permit boundary and within two hundred <br />(200) feet of the permit boundary is shown on Drawings C-2 and C-2a; <br />• the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray <br />the direction and rate of slope of the permit area is shown on Drawing C-2 and C-2a; <br />• the total area to be involved in the operation, including the area to be mined and the <br />area of affected lands, is shown on Drawing C-4; and, <br />• the owner's name, type of structure, and location of all permanent or man-made <br />structures (not owned or controlled by CC&V) contained within the permit boundary <br />and within two hundred (200) feet of the permit boundary are shown on Drawing C-1 <br />and C-la and accompanying key. <br />Note that maps showing the surface and ground water information aze included as part of <br />Exhibit G and the referenced appendices. A map showing existing soils is discussed as <br />• part of Exhibit I and included in the referenced appendix. A map showing the existing <br />vegetation is discussed as part of Exhibit J and included in the referenced appendix. <br />Maps showing information to assist in describing the mine plan information contained as <br />part of Exhibit D are also included in this Exhibit C.
