The revision is provided <br />to update the Reclamation Liability (Performance Bond) calculations. <br />Included in this submittal package aze the following items: <br />1. Application Form for a Revision to a Coal Mining and Reclamation Permit, and; <br />2. Revised Section 4.8 (pages 4.8-1 through 4.8-14). <br />A copy of the revision has been sent to the Bureau of Land Management. Attached is a copy of <br />the cover letter accompanying the revision materials sent to that agency.
