Effluent Limitations (Continued) <br />Additional Conditions - effective at all times: <br />There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other <br />than trace amounts. The discharge shall not contain any sanitary <br />sewage or other pollutants not associated with reclamation areas. <br />These limitations shall apply to discharge from reclamation areas until <br />the performance bond issued to the facility by the arppropriate SMCRA <br />authority has been released and the division has approved inactivation <br />of the discharge point. <br />2. Burden of Proof Requirements <br />The permittee shall have burden of proof when requesting relief from <br />settleable solids limitations.
