Flow Measuring Device <br />If not already a part of the pe nnicted facility, within ulnety (90) <br />day9 after the effective date of [lie permit, a floe measuring device <br />shall be installed to give representative values of effluent quanticfes <br />at the respective discharge points. Unless specifically exempted or <br />modified 1n Part I.B.2 of this permit, a floe measurinC device will be <br />applicable at all designated discharge points. <br />At the request of the Director of the Water Quality Control Division, <br />or the Regional Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, <br />or their authorized representative, the permittee shall shoe proof of <br />the accuracy of any floe-measuring device used in obtaining data <br />submitted in the monitoring report. Tiie floe-measuring device must <br />indicate values within ten (10) percent of the actual floe being <br />discharged from the facility. <br />• <br />• <br />Code: 1 - 23 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
