Data Reporting (Continued) <br />b) Quarterly <br />PART I <br />Page 5 of 19 <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be <br />summarized For each calendar month and reported on applicable <br />discharge monitoring report forms (EPA Form 3320-1), received at <br />this office no later than t}~e 28th day of tf~e month following the <br />completed quarter. For example, for tlic 1st quarter (January, <br />February, and March) the 3 monthly reports must be received at this <br />office no later than April 28.
