Box 440, Rapid City, SD 57709-0440; <br />(605> 342-7224, filed an application to convert an existing 110(2) Limited <br />Impact Operation to a 112 Regular Operation. The mining and reclamation <br />operation is located at or near Section 31, Township 11N, Range 69W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Larimer County. The application decision is scheduled for <br />February 20, 1996. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Larimer County Clerk <br />& Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
