The date of the resumption of <br />operations is presently unknown. Mining will resume when it has <br />been determined to be economically feasible. <br />The current status of Sunland's coal leases is as follows: <br />C-0127592 is in diligent development with a due date of <br />10/01/1996. <br />D-046544 is paying advance royalty in lieu of continued operation. <br />Both leases are currently in compliance with all applicable BLM <br />regulations. <br />2) Please replace pages 1 and 2 of the permit with the enclosed <br />pages which show the current "Identification of Interests". <br />3) Annual hydrology reports required under Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii) <br />have been waived by Minor Revision N=4 dated 01/25/91. An annual <br />summary report will be submitted when the mine becomes active. <br />4) ACZ Inc of Steamboat Springs sampled the oil in the <br />transformers at the Apex N°O-2 substation on 02/26/1991. The <br />samples are presently at the laboratory awaiting analysis. <br />
