The surveyed description and acreage for the <br />scale was included separately only to show that it had been <br />taken into account. <br />EXHIBIT C -- 'Pwo revised location maps are enclosed. <br />EXHIBIT D -- Haul roads will not be specifically constructed. <br />-- The pit will essentially daylight en the north, <br />east and west edges at ±7985 foot elevation. <br />-- Gravel material will be used for general <br />aggregate products. <br />EXHIBIT E -- Final elevation will be ± 7485. <br />EXHIBIT F -- Final slopes of 4:1 will be attained. <br />-- Overburden will be stockpiled so that it can be <br />dozed from the top or sides; in some areas a <br />cut and fill technique will be used. <br />-- tdaximum highwall length will be ±700 and height <br />will range from 0-17'. <br />-- Plaximum area disturbed will be 25 acres; mining <br />will proceed within the phases marked but will <br />overlap phase boundaries as phases are completed <br />and started. <br />-- 120 pounds of ammonium nitrate per acre will <br />be used during reclamation. <br />d.b.a.
