Hellerstein and Martin <br />H. Shore, attorneys of record, the defendant The Colorado State <br />Board of Land Commissioners being represented by idilliam Tucker, <br />Assistant Attorney General, and the defendant Robinson Briclc <br />and Tile Company being represented by Belmore T. Martin, <br />attorney of record; and the Court, after reviewing the plead- <br />ings and the exhibits and listening to the testimony and argu- <br />ments of counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, <br />FINDS AS FOLLOWS: <br />The Complaint asks for a declaratory judgment con- <br />cerning property in Jefferson County. The plaintiff obtained <br />a patent to this property from the State of Colorado on <br />January 28, 1S46, which patent reserved ail minerals to the <br />State.
