Description of Amendment or Conversion: If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). 110 Permit //P11998-052 will be converted to a 112 Permit. All lands in the existing q~ir will he incorporated inro the new permit. The only change in the operation is an increase in acrea>;e. Mining will be the same.
