We have again reviewed the subject application in response to the e- <br />mail and to the attached pages of the a-mail. This review identified residual problems with page 2.05-80 pagination and content. <br />Thus all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have not been submitted, and the application remains incomplete for the <br />purposes of filing as of August 16, 2005. <br />The pages of concern are existing 2.05-79.1 dated 07/2/05 (MRS-194), 2.05-80 dated 07/2/05 (MROS-194), 2.05-81 dated <br />07/2/05 (MROS-194); and the revised page 2.05-80 dated 08/29/05 (MROS-197). The revised page 2.05-80 dated 08/29/05 of <br />the action MR-197 duplicates text on unrevised page 2.05-79.1 dated 07/2/05 from line 34 down. The revised page 2.05-80 <br />dated 08/29/05 concludes with text at line 27 of the existing page 2.05-80 of 07/2/05, thus eliminating the remainder of existing <br />approved text (regarding part of the sandstones power substation, the railroad spur extension area, warehouse/shop area, stoker <br />coal loadout, and warehouse area no. 2) before reaching unrevised page 2.05-81, dated 07/02/05, that starts with text regarding <br />the tipple no. 2 loadout tunnel.
