Lung <br />Uivi~ion Direcln~ <br />We have completed a midterm review of the Seneca II-W Mine permit, as required by Rule <br />2.08.3(1). Division staff reviewed and reevaluated the currently approved permit application <br />package, previous Division "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" documents, permit <br />stipulations and their status, revisions to [he permit during this term, monitoring reports, and <br />inspections reports. The enclosed document is a summary of the Division's findings as a result <br />of the review. <br />Based on our review, the Division is requiring a revision to the Seneca II-W Mine permit to <br />adequately address concerns identified in Section V of the document.
