M-87-088, Revision No. SO-003 <br />Dear Ms. McClung: <br />On July 2, 1992 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />succession of operators from Estate of Ted R Hubbs to Ted R Hubbs Family Trust <br />for this operation. Enclosed are the Financial and Performance warranties you <br />originally provided. These have been released as of the July 2, 1992 Board <br />approval for the succession of operators.
