The MSHA mine [D # is 05- <br />00289. The mine ceased production in the 1988 and was placed in temporary cessation until <br />1992 when the mine was fully reclaimed. A total of 3 mine bench portals and one ventilation <br />portal were reclaimed by backfilling of at least 25 feet of non-combustible fill into the drifr <br />entrances. See enclosed sketch and excerpt from the CDMG permit. <br />All reclamation was performed according to the approved permit with the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology (Permit # C-81-O1 l ). <br />If there are any questions, please call.
