All other conditions and requirements of Permit No, M-83-052 remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> The estimated liability amount of $236,000 for the Joker Mine, when added to the existing liability <br /> amount of$47,500.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please <br /> submit additional bond in the amount of$188,900.00.
