The application was submitted by Seneca Coal Company on for the Seneca II-W Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.07.4(2)(c) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, we are providing notice of this proposed decision. Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the fast publication of this notice by the Division in the Steamboat Pilot. The surface mine is located approximately seven miles south of Hayden, Colorado, and is further described as follows: Township 5 North.
