Additional notification letters (heirs of one of the landowners) were sent <br />out on October 8'". Return receipts have been received for the majority of the notifications. Of <br />the 31 notification letters sent out, 22 return receipts have been received. Five of the notification <br />letters were returned as un-deliverable. For the returned letters, EFCI contacted the Fremont <br />County Assessor's Office to check for any changes in address and checked other sources to try to <br />find updated addresses. Updates were obtained for 2 of the pazties and notification letters were re- <br />sent. Of the 9 notification letters for which return receipts have not been received, 3 aze <br />undeliverable because no current address could be obtained with reasonable effort, and the <br />remaining 6 aze pending (status unknown). The required public notice was filed with the Canon <br />City Daily Record on September 15~", beginning the four week publication period. <br />We appreciate your cooperation and timely review and approval of this bond reduction and partial <br />bond release request.
