Newspaper notice <br />Four States Aggregates LLC, PO Box 1568, Cortez, CO 81321-1588, has filed an application for art <br />amendment to Recamation Permit M-1990-025 with the Colorado Mined Land Recamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Recamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Minerals. The <br />proposed amended mine will be known as the Hay Camp Pit ~Cambined) and is located in Sections 13 <br />and 14, Township 37 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico (10 ) P.M., Montezuma Courriy, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is October 1st, 2002, and the proposed date of campletion is <br />September 3Dth, 2012. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3587, or et the <br />Montezuma Gounty Clerk and Recorder's Office; Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, <br />Coloratlo 87321, or the aboveā¢named applipnt A complete copy of the application is available at the <br />above-rtamad County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments coneeming the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 PM on Friday, 26 July 2002. <br />Please note that under the provisions of C.R, S. 342.5101, et. sea. Comments related to noise, truck <br />traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, effects on property values and other social or economic <br />concerns are issues not subject to rhis OrlSCe's jurisdicfion. These subjects, and simrl'ar ones, are typically <br />addressed by your local governments, rather than the Oiw'sion of Minerals and Geology or the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board. <br />To be published in fhe Cortez Journal, Saturdays, i5°i June, 22"0 June, 29°1 June, and 601 July, 2002.
