Four States Aggregates LLC, PO Box 1568, Cortez, CO 81321-1568, has applied for an amendment to ReGamation Permit M-1990- 025 with the Colorado Mined Land ReGamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Minerals. The proposed mine is known as the Hay Camp Pit (Combined) and is located in Sections i3 and 14, Township 37 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico (10"') P.M., Montezuma County, Colorado, and will including land and operations now being mined by Montezuma County Highway Department under Reclamation Permit M-1985.172. The proposed date of commencement is October 1st, 2002, and the proposed date of completion is September 30th, 2012. The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. Anyone wish(ng to comment on the application may review the application and obtain additional information and the tentative decision date from the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Montezuma County Clerk and Recorder's Office; Montezuma County Courthouse, 109 W. Main, Cortez, Colorado 81321, or the above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above-named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Minerals and Geology at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203.
