Dwlsion Dveaor <br />7321 E. 88th Ave., Ste. 200 <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />RE: Maryland Creek Ranch, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1996-049~Revision <br />No. TR-4 <br />Dear Ms. Mayer: <br />On January 28, 2000 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on January l9, 2000, addressing the following: <br />/ncrease the maximum allowed disturbed acreage at one time from 40 acres to 58 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-1996-049. A11 other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1996-0~9 remain in full force <br />and effect. The attached cost estimate outlines the increased reclamation costs. <br />The estimated liability amount of $87,950.00 for the Maryland Creek Ranch, when added to the existing <br />liability amount of $207,900.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, <br />please submit additional bond in the amount of $295,850.00.
